#10 – The sun was so strong that my ice cream melted far too quickly.

#9 – The children’s entertainment at the resort was too good that the children didn’t want to spend any time with us.

#8 – Too many people are travelling with plain black suitcases, making it hard for me to find my own plain black suitcase on the airport conveyor belt.

#7 – The sight of a visibly aroused elephant ruined my honeymoon by making me feel inadequate.

#6 – The beach was too sandy.

#5 – We bought ‘Ray-Ban’ sunglasses for five euros from a street trader, only to find out they were fake.

#4 – No one told us there would be fish in the sea. The children were startled.

#3 – It took us nine hours to fly home from Jamaica to England. It only took the Americans three hours to get home.

#2 – My fiancé and I booked a twin-bedded room but we were placed in a double-bedded room. We now hold you responsible for the fact that I find myself pregnant. This would not have happened if you had put us in the room that we booked.

#1 – The plane journey was a disappointment. There were too many clouds in the sky, impeding our view and spoiling our game of eye-spy.
