If you think you got it bad in Singapore when it comes to parking in the city, consider yourself lucky. Motorists in Amsterdam pay up to US$805 a month for a lot in the city, while Londoners can pay up to a whopping US$1,020.

 

On the other end of the scale, it costs US$26 a month for monthly season parking in Chennai, which works out to just 96 cents a day.
